Peter Beutel is an Oil Industry Analyst who correctly predicted the recent spike in gas prices.
Will international events affect gas prices at home in the U.S.? Beutel tells Christine Romans what he predicts for oil in the coming months.
But remember a couple years ago gas was over $4.00/gallon, then they dropped to $1.25 by December! You may think they will never go down again, but I gurantee you they will, I can't tell you when, but they will drop below $2/gallon again! 🙂
Face it, gas is going higher and it will probably never ever return to a lower more affordable price. Food prices are higher actually the price of just about everything is higher and to think that the price of anything will ever be lower is unrealistic. About the only thing any of us can do about it is plan accordingly. Budget and cut out all of the things that are not essential.
