"The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation."

Well, we are there. Wouldas, couldas, don't work anymore.
Should we have stood by while things happened like Rowanda?

I am totally against war unless they attack us. But, this guy KUKU goofy, has attacked us, he shot down one plane, he sent his goons into Iraq to kill our soldiers. Time to get rid of this goof ball and his crazy sons. He had WMD, does not mean he got rid of them all. He is a threat, he is nuts and states in one side of his mouth, that he will go door to door killing his people, then, rants how his people love him.
We should have taken him out 20 years ago.
It is a welcome relief that Nato became envolved. Many of these Arabs know well this guy is out of control.. Bout time they got involved.
What this guy has 16 tons, I heard of gold? And, this Lybia is a dang mess. So much land, and so little to these people. They should all be living in palaces with that much gold.

    These people need help.

STEP UP!! WHO'S NEXT? We, the U.S. are only going to be there for a "short time". RIGHT. And the same old story, Only the U.S. has the
technology, missils, bombs, planes, etc., to do this, which is probably true, but, WHY do we ALWAYS have to take the lead?

The anti-war Democrat Kucinich said Obama must know he violated the Constitution, referring to this quote from candidate Obama in 2007: "The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation."

Barry campaigned on the promise of getting us out of wars we have no business in – so what does he do? Gets us involved in another one.

Remember this come election time people and don't be conned AGAIN.

We have achieved exactly what we always achieve in situations like this. We will be there in one form or another for the next 20 years, at the cost of human lives; our young people and civilians as well. These same people we are trying to "protect" will one day turn on us and we will fight them again.
