Big decisions need to be made on Capitol Hill this week, as Vice President Biden resumes budget talks with top lawmakers today. Conservative Republicans, including the powerful Club for Growth, are demanding more than spending cuts – they want other reforms including a balanced-budget amendment. One of the items Democrats want off of the table in any deal is Ryan's "Medicare" proposal.
Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), member of the budget committee, joins Christine Romans this morning, to discuss balancing the budget and why he is not optimistic about the upcoming Biden talks.
