Casey Anthony ordered back to Orlando to serve one year of probation

Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland signed amended court documents yesterday morning that ordered Casey Anthony to return to Orlando within 72 hours to serve one year of supervised probation for a check fraud charge that Anthony pleaded guilty to in January.

Judge Strickland has said it was always his intention for Anthony to serve a year of probation after her release from jail as a part of her sentence.

Local legal analysts were split yesterday on whether the court has the jurisdiction to order Anthony back under supervision at this point.

Sunny Hostin, CNN legal contributor, joins American Morning today to discuss the Judge's move and to weigh in on why Casey's lawyers are challenging his order.
