What happened to the bottom scroll with actual news? For weeks it has only shown how to contact the show. The news was especially good for people who have about 30 minutes in the morning and may not be able to see all the stories. Please bring it back. There can still be contact information mixed with the news.
The interview with the Ford executive was painful. He stayed word for word with the Ford approved script. What we found out , restructuring for 3 years. Fuel efficient models. No taxpayers money. He said the same thing in a different way with each response.
Straight from the office of redundacy department of repeated sub committee group.
Listened to the reports about Americans visiting Cuba in the near future, but couldn't understand why people questioned about having to eat Canadian food while they were there!
Thanks for the info on checking for the new worm. Between what y'all mentioned this morning and what the "pc doctor" had on a CNN video, all signs are that my computer is squeaky-clean!
As a former military officer I am definitely in favor of drug testing anybody who is to receive a Gov. Check. That goes from those living on Welfare to those serving on Capitol Hill. Not only do I feel that they should be drug tested, but I think any of our elected officials should be listed in a nationally accessible database telling whether or not they passed or failed. If we are writing their checks we should be privy to whether or not they are doing one of the most predominantly publisized illegal activities with the taxpayers money. I think anyone who accepted part of any bailout monies should be included as well. If they want the taxpayers money that's who they should be accountable to.
Does it really take an entourage of 500 people to go to the G20 summit? What is the final price tag on this trip?
