Here are some of the stories that will be making news later today:

This morning at 10 o'clock ET, President Obama will meet with King Abdullah of Jordan at the White House. Officials say the talks will focus primarily on achieving peace in the Middle East.

Also at 10am ET, The Supreme Court takes up a landmark case that could affect your children. The case centers around a teenage girl who was strip searched at school. She was suspected of carrying ibuprofen, that's the active ingredient in Advil and Motrin, which the school district had banned. The girl's family claims the search violated her constitutional rights.

And today, some major U.S. companies will reveal their quarterly earnings. We're expecting first quarter reports from construction equipment maker Caterpillar, pharmaceutical giant Merck, Coca-Cola, Delta, the New York Times and later in the day, Yahoo.

First quarter gain equals first quarter job loss. To strip search a 13year old is shameful, unless you thought they had a gun and were going to use it!

Perez Hilton was way out of line in, as judge, asking a beauty contestant a controversial political question PERIOD. He said on Larry King that her answer cost her the pageant and in his web site labeled her a potential Fox News anchor. He was wrong and should be removed from the pageant.

Does anyone remember what our drug problems were in 1979? only trust fund babies (grown up) and fallen child movie / tv stars could afford cocaine and heroin and lots of people smoked pot, the jails werent overcrowded, and the police werent killing people on site with impunity. WE MADE OUR PROBLEMS THRU OUR INTERDICTION POLICIES. Go back to physics 101: for every action there is an equal and oppostie reaction,

Why in gods name would advil be banned from a school?
