At least Phoenix is TRYING to do something. I wish illinois would follow suit.

I feel the whole forclosure process is unfair and that their should be another wat to determine how housing loans should be distributed

I can't afford to build a home, but have vacant land. I would love to move one of those empty,boarded up charleston single homes to my property. I wonder if we would qualify for the assistance being offered. It would loosely fall under rural development
