    Sanjay,

You state you are getting "too lean." This makes me want to ask you what you think about the movement/theory of some people that living by eating radically decreased daily calories will promote longevity, perhaps by altering genetic telomeres.

Additionally, I heard that you & your family have moved predominately to a plant-based diet. I have been a lacto-vegetarian since 7/1993, and would just suggest that the legume family, even soybeans, tend to be slightly low on the essential amino acid methionine, which may require complementing by eating something high in mehtionine.

    Sincerely,
    Skip

    Dear Dr. Gupta:

I am noticing a slight anomaly with your left eye, in recent days; you should have it checked-out.

    Best Regards,

according to "bob", the author of "the great white hoax", "the use of drugs and vaccinations should be completely abolished as a giant fraud and hoax." that's interesting. consider this. the deadliest disease in human history is smallpox. it is estimated to have killed 400 million people throughout history. it is also the only known infectious disease to have been completely eradicated (in 1978) through – you guessed it – vaccination. don't buy bob's book. its a great white scam.

Dr. Gupta has a good show. Broadway couldn't do any better; but if you want the real story, if you want the real answer to the health care problem, if you want the real answer to the budget deficit, there is a new book out, whose pages contain the real and honest story. Title of the book, "THE GREAT WHITE HOAX".
