This city is sinking it was built on swampland by early pioneers it's a lost cause waiting to happen instead of building up the levis there building homes why dont they fix the cause of destruction first .

All I can say is , told you so on New Orleans' Mayor Ray Nagin . He poorly managed the protection of New Orlean's before and after the storm . He wasn't the only one . The governor and state and Fema did as well . Bush didn't help as well . Fact the hold bunch were all looking for blame and cover stories . I'm not sure it all won't happen again with the patch work fix in place now next time a big hurricane hits the place . Better pick who takes the blame next time . It will solve a lot of confusion in those that survive it lose every thing .
