   I know the polls say that there isn't public support for more troops, but officials should not listen to the majority. We need Afghanistan and they need us. We cannot allow that country to fall into the hand of terrorists. I never supported the Iraq war, but we must not lose in Afghanistan. Send more troops and give our generals what they need.
