What I would like to know where is our Corps of Engineers to get heavy equip in to Haiti and make temporary bridges or roads to get these big containers in to Haiti for relief. Come on if we can build dams and bridges we can do this. This is not an excuse and we need to forget Security. Get thes people to schools and let the schools go to gyms or something. They need to be put into large buildings that are open in shopping centers or whatever. We did it in Homestead, Katrinia let us do it here. Get them to FL and then send them on up the coast in FL. Let us get this job done NOW

I am praying for God to forgive them, too many saints, righteousness is paying for the wickedness. My request to the Americans is to stay in Haiti to do a good work as God leads them. Its for American to open their eyes for so many years they helping Haiti and nothing gets better because those that call themselves leaders are pocketing the money and do not care for the poor. Haiti will never get better until American takes it over like they did P.Rico. These people do not have no heart to help their country men. I repeat America needs to take over control of every penny donated in Haiti and all the work. God send the flood last year as a smell they did not repent. This year God touch them with the earthquake to show them he is God that create Heaven and Earth. Please for God Sake Let the American Leaders do all the work construction and the medicals just for the safety of the people. This Country will never rebuilt until the American understand the curses of the Haitian culture. The reason France got out after too many massacres to the France that was helping them. Take over the country. Their are some in Haiti who are fake, liars and crooks with too many faces. May God continue bless you and give you spiritual eyes and understanding for the culture. Take over the Country. Thank you for the good job you doing, but you must take control of every single penny. Do not give it to them to do any work. They will make every dollar turn to 1,000,000. They are too wicked, Jesus is crying but they are blind and not understand God's sign. May God give you strength to go forward in this work and relief.

Understandably this is a terrible situation. However, once again, it is America that comes to the rescue! As of yet I have not heard ANYTHING, about other countries/nations, getting ready to provide aid & comfort? Don't get me wrong. WE have always been the nation to help others, but I am getting so tired and fed up with the "only we can help".
This is a natural disaster that has affected millions of Haitians, "HUMAN
BEINGS" and EVERYONE should be rushing to provide help, in whatever form they can. Politics, etc., should not be involved in incidents of this kind! I do like Kathie's comment about the bankers donating their bonus's!

Where are the people going that are walking past the Palace in your clip. It appears that they are going to work with backpacks and do not look traumatized by the site of the Palace collapsed. Why can't helicopters drop medical and food supplies from Dom. Rep.

Phone companies charging ten dollars per text is akin to families of blood sucking leeches. Shame on you!

Its a shame that it takes something like Haiti for CNN to get off of Reid, over, and over, and over, and over again.

I know the earthquake in Haiti is an instance of unpredictability so I can understand why there is panic. But I have families in Haiti that are doing their best to help the people around them by giving medicines etc,,, The issue that is arising is the news reporting is causing a lot of hysteria because of the emphasis being put on the wrong places such as Haiti is the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere, or saying that there are serious serious damages. All those type of comments by newscasters are not comforting nor encouraging. What I think you guys should do is to report on the effort undertaken by people to help Haiti and to wait and report the news little by little in order for it to be wholesome and beneficial.
