We're still waiting to hear what Toyota plans to do about 270,000 Prius hybrid models that might have brake problems. So far, no official recall has been announced.
Meanwhile, a California woman says she's considering legal action against the automaker for an accident that left her seriously hurt. Our Deb Feyerick has the report.
CNNMoney: Prius brake fix near

This is truly a sad situation for a car maker that "used to be untouchable".
I saw their new TV add today which is very good but could not even come close to the loss of lives that have happened. I really think that ALL car makers are in to much competition to produce an advanced "computerized" vehicle. Some of this stuff that is advertised, while looking nice, actually costs the buyer a monthly/yearly price that alot of people do not need.
STOP driving these Toyota's, for your safety as well as that of others on the road!! clearly Toyota needs to fix this issue , the question is how many more will get hurt or die until they fess up to the control module glitch?? til then driving them is a safety issue for ALL on the roadways...
