Judge to Jackson's doctor: 'I don't want you sedating people'
Michael Jackson's doctor is free on bail today. According to his lawyer, Conrad Murray is ready to resume practicing medicine.
Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with Jackson's death. Yesterday, he pleaded not guilty as Jackson's family looked on. Our Ted Rowlands was there and has this report.

It is not illegal for Dr. Murray to obtain Propofol. It is not illegal for Dr. Murray to administer Propofol in a home setting. In Dr. Murray's statement he administered 25mg of Propofol to Micheal Jackson the day that Micheal Jackson died. Dr. Murray also stated Micheal Jackson had been wanting/recieving 50mg of Propofol daily for weeks until Dr. Murray began lowering the does to wean Micheal Jackson off Propofol.
Experts knowledgeable about the dosing of Propofol have stated 25mg of Propofol is very low and could not be construed to be a lethal dose of Propofol. Propofol has a very short half-life, meaning the body very quickly metabolizes that drug into inert compounds. That would make it very difficult to accurately ascertain how much Propofol Micheal Jackson actually had been given the day of his death.
When the facts of this case are listed in the court room, despite all of the smears and slander that is so often routine from prosecution and police sources thru the new's media, this case appears to be paper thin. The above information wouldn't even convict Dr. Murray of malpractice much less involuntary manslaughter.
What a joke! Does anyone think that being uder the microscope that this "DR" would take ANY chances! Sadly the fact is that for those "superstars" that have problems they have the ability to "pay" for their needs. So for me it all comes down to the $$$$$. If any doctor has true concern & morals for their patient they can always say NO! MJ was a misguided, problem "child" which I adored and loved, and will miss always, but, who was there to truly HELP him? NO ONE, because they were looking at the $$$$ not him!
GEEEEZ! Did Michael Jackson even know what was going on when he asked for the drug that killed him??? I think not, with as many drugs as the idiot used on him, Micheal would have been totally out of it. The Doctor of Death claims that Micheal asked for it, but what he did not ask for was to be sedated to death! He is a murder and that is that!!!!!
