Did Bush wipe hand on Clinton?
(CNN) – A new viral video has people asking, did former President George W. Bush wipe his hand on former President Bill Clinton after shaking hands in Haiti?
We've tracked down a couple theories. Plenty of news reports imply, or flat out say: Yeah, that's exactly what happened. But other reports say it was probably an affectionate pat on the arm, or that former President Bush, who's known for being on time, could have been tugging on former President Clinton's sleeve trying to keep him on schedule.

He did wipe his hand on his shirt but come on... it is not a republican thing, it is a politician thing. THEY ARE ALL RICH dingle berry. I'm homeless and still a republican. Who we have running Washington dems and reps need to get a new job and let none Elitist run this country. Im sick of being lied to.
But Bush is for sure a racist after that act and Bush sold us down this river like Obama is and the rest of them have been. You think Obama likes white people... I think not even if he is half white.

I don't think Bush deliberately wiped his shirt on Clinton, because he made contact with a Haitian. That is what people want to say.
I think it is GREAT that two Presidents are working together, for a GOOD cause. This should be our focus. Forget about the shirt.

I agree with Mithchell. I can hardly believe that this a story worth reporting. This story can potentially be said to be "causing hate" towards Mr. Bush....who at least is trying to do something noble, along with Mr. Clinton in Hati.
This is just plain silly. Did anyone catch that Clinton wiped his own hand on his shirt right after? Maybe, everyone was just a little sweaty.

With the video being "cut off" as soon as the incident happens doesn't allow for one to see what happened afterwards. I also notice another hand (with a long sleeve shirt) reaching for Clinton's arm just before the video is "cut off." Maybe they were trying to get Clinton's attention? If we could see the rest of the video it might shed light on what really happened
Danny Smith – You can't spell. Maybe if you were more educated you wouldn't have been as expendable at your job and perhaps you'd be more in demand for a new one. We SHOULD all have health care, but public health care is not the answer. Like you said yourself, the wealthy are not really looking out for the little guy. It's up to the little guy to make himself more competitive, better himself so that he is never out of a job for 14 months. The minimum wage is for kids under 18, part-time jobs and illegals; anything above minimum wage as well as the benefit of private health care provided by an employer are for people who have worked hard to gain footing in a job or a CAREER. Take this opportunity to go back to school!

Keeping him on time my butt, Bush got more than he wanted from someone during his handshake and clearly wiped it off on Clinton's arm.

You got to remember Bush is a republican they don't like touching or brushing up against normal, average humans they might get cooties,but President Clinton hes a good man and he knows that the average person has less cooties than a republican. The only time republicans wash their hands is after they have done some back room deals.

I have been out of a job for 14 months now and I have no incurrence. The so called cobra act is a joke if I had $500 a week then I could have kept my police. This is way we need this. It is a shame that the American upper class the wealthier pepale is fighting health care so hard. And now with John Banner!! The republic leader as normal are for the wealthy. We all should have health care.
