    When a congressman states that his ....."constituents are/aren't in favor of a proposed legislative action'..., we assume that the congressman's constituents are his voters in his district. I wonder if the congressman's "constituets" are really the major contributors to his campaign fund. During the health care debate, I sensed that "constituent" meant the latter and not then former. And, now with the new Supreme Court decision on campaign financining, the 'winning' congressman will be "bought and paid for" before he ever opens his office door.

    I live in the area of Clairemont which is located in the central part of San Diego & I felt the earhtquake @ 3:40 PM PST. I was in my 2 story apartment on the ground level floor when i felt the building swaving & I step outside of my apartment & felt the concrete floor the same way.
