While this current fish vacuum sweeper is without a single doubt the cause of hundreds of thousands of fish kills, Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts is without a single doubt the biggest Pro Republican led Corporate supporter ever to be granted such a high position (the result of the infamous GW Bush administration).

Taking into account US Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts rulings to block, obstruct and dismantle thousands of EPA investigations and rulings, this Nuclear Power plant owners very likely WANT to push this case to the US Supreme Court where their 'friend and ally' will undoubtedly rule in their favor.

Thankfully, there are at least 4 descending voices to rampant environmental destruction by US Corporations now setting on the US Supreme Court, it remains to be seen however if the other US Supreme Jurists care about the impact on the environment and the people OVER the special interests of the Corporations.
