Building Up America: Kansas town rebuilds after tornado

(CNN) – Next month marks the third anniversary of a tornado that nearly wiped the small town of Greensburg, Kansas off the map. The town has come back and in the process become "ground-zero" for green energy. Our Tom Foreman has a first-hand look in this "Building Up America" report.

Listening to the report on potential terrorism in India, my husband and I (who spent 9 weeks there last year), broke into howls of laughter when the reporter warned travelers to "keep an eye out for packages that seem displaced". WHAT?! In India?! Did your reporter ever leave her hotel?

In all fairness, she's probably just repeating the stupid State Department warnings we heard as we traveled (unharmed) thoughout the country last year.

: ) kansas girl Dorothy Gale's (wizard of Oz) dream of a perfect place finally came through.. After being knocked unconscious during a tornado the Kansas small-town existence is far from being mundane...
