
(CNN) – The auto industry has traditionally been dominated by men, but women are now making their mark in the business. At Ford, for example, an all-female team of engineers is designing the next generation of "green" cars. Our Carol Costello has their story in the first part of our original series, "Making it in a Man's World."


Don't worry Michael we will never go to war with North Korea. Our president will give a speech and bow to the leader of North Korea and the world will be wonderful once again.
This is only part of the orchestrated plan to marginalize men in America.Its already working with the low enrollment of males in colleges etc. When are we going to look at the Nursing sector and talk about "Making it in a Woman's world" ?
Keep it up AMERICA – marginalize the men and when its time to war with North Korea, roll out the women and the "girls with boys anatomy" !!
I'm so happy you're doing this series, don't so many of us women know the struggle it is to be taken seriously but makes it that much harder to make it in a man's world. For those that do, the soft skin of women men love so much ends up turning into thick skin and rough edges which is truly a shame but necessary
