Oil spill threatens oldest U.S. oyster co.
(CNN) – Some experts are now predicting that the Gulf oil spill will do more long-term damage to New Orleans' economy than Hurricane Katrina. Oysters are not only big business, but a way of life in the Big Easy. And today, a 134-year-old oyster house is preparing to shuck what may be its last batch of oysters because of the spill. Al Sunseri is the president and general manager of P&J Oysters and he joined us on Thursday's American Morning.

As a homeowner in New Orleans, I have seen the area devestated by Katrina. This new nightmare of regulatory failure will halt the ongoing recovery. It is unbelievable that the senators and representatives from Louisiana were too busy to make sure this didn't happen. They're crying now.
Why arent people cleaning the marsh yet?
This is sad but what's done is done the show is over it's time to move on the sea food in this ocean will be contaminated for decades maybe even a century there jobs are gone for there life time .
