(CNN) – Some experts are now predicting that the Gulf oil spill will do more long-term damage to New Orleans' economy than Hurricane Katrina. Oysters are not only big business, but a way of life in the Big Easy. And today, a 134-year-old oyster house is preparing to shuck what may be its last batch of oysters because of the spill.
