Does BP have a back-up cap on hand, in the event that the one they're using gets damaged and is irreparable?

The economy in general is down. Since hurricaine Katrina,.. I haven't been able to afford a gulf coast vacation. This summer is not good for my business in Illinois and I've heard the same from others. The problem isn't necessarily BP. Perhaps this was to be a down year anyway? At any rate, we all have to do the best we can. Don't rely on BP to bail anyone out. kw
