Not that it is significant in the scheme of things but this morning, you reported on the likeability of airline staff. I am a frequent flier of Delta who was identified as the most unfriendly staff. I can tell you from my experiences that the staff is very professional and friendly. Certainly not everyone has a good day but on the whole, this staff does a wonderful job. Perhaps many who responded to the survey did so negatively because they did not get what they want.
Hats off to the many men and women at Delta who do a thankless job everyday to make their customers safe. Perhaps airline passenters would have a better view of the staff if they would stop your telephone conversation or to turn off your electronic equipment when asked and would not have to be reminded multiple times that it is a FAA rule to do so, not an attendant rule.
