Judge blocks drilling ban, White House to appeal

(CNN) – A judge may have blocked the president's temporary ban on deepwater drilling in the Gulf, but the White House isn't backing down. The Obama administration insists a moratorium on drilling is needed and appropriate. Interior Secretary Salazar is promising to draw up a new, more detailed ban to satisfy the judge's concerns that the first one was arbitrary.

In the meantime, the White House plans to appeal the ruling, even though Louisiana leaders and residents are pleading with the president not to. That appeal will keep 33 idled rigs shut down. Our Chris Lawrence has the report. Watch Video

JUDGES are open to corruption . i was taught this FACT by watching westerns when i was a pre teen. its the same old story but different hats. i would love to be able to appoint my own judge when i go to court.who would not? ROME is falling and the middle class is finished. rampant poverty is coming , along with a FASCISTA STYLE GOVERNMENT. WITH THE HELP OF REPUBLICANS AND TURNCOAT DEMOS.

So, the judge rules against the moratorium, and soon after the broken well's "cap" develops a new problem and the flow of oil is once again spewing at full force again.

    How ironic.

The judge disagrees with Obama. Does that automatically make the judge a racist? So many others that have disagreed with him has been called that by so many pundits on your network.
