Prisoners getting bogus tax returns from IRS

(CNN) – For some convicted criminals, a life of crime doesn't stop behind bars. We found one South Florida prison where half of the inmates were trying to rip off the IRS and collect your tax dollars. Even worse, it's happening all over the nation and it's been going on for decades. Our John Zarrella reports for part one of the AM original series, "Scammed." Watch Video

Just another reason, for me, to eliminate the IRS. If they are this inept then they do not deserve to exsist.
Scott: I agree with you totally. Last year my wife had to have two operations and filed for and collected unemployment for 5 months. Now they say she was not entitled and must pay it back! They have some completely BOGUS rules that, for me, border on being illegal!

I think CNN should do a similar story about unemployment...I have a friend who did 6 months in jail and along with several other prisoners who collected unemployment well they were locked up. It was a simple as having his brother call in weekly for to the unemployment office and they split the money. With all the people whos unemployment is running out and truely need it this is a sickening!
