The close relationship between the Pakistani ISI and America's CIA has been established for 30 years 1979-present. Reams of recently released military documents on Wikileaks show that Pakistani ISI was enlisting, training and equipping Taliban suicide bombers to kill American and NATO soldiers. Pakistani ISI were supplying heat seeking missiles to the Taliban fighters to shoot down American and NATO helicopters which they had been doing and the US Commanders weren't telling their pilots and flight crews about that threat!

It certainly appears the very oaths which America's CIA employee's took are being broken by the CIA today.
