Bank's post Katrina solution

(CNN) – When Hurricane Katrina ravaged the gulf region, it didn't just wipe out homes and businesses, it literally left residents penniless. After the storm, most ATMs were down because there was no power. It quickly became a cash economy. CNN's Jeanne Meserve reports on how IOUs worked for one bank.
