Test driver takes exclusive ride on freshest electric cars

These cars are maybe environment friendly but the $M question is....is it healthy for the economy? Do Shell, Caltex, Mobil or Chevron will allow a mass production of these?

I had an invention that could make water as fuel. It's a gadget that would break-apart (Hydrogen and oxygen) the two elements of water and convert it into fuel. It undergone thorough tests and found fully feasible but never goes out in the market because it would kill oil industry.
