Jeb Bush not fighting mom on Palin comments

Last week, Barbara Bush and Sarah Palin got in a verbal spat after the former first lady said Palin should stay in Alaska. "I don't think the majority of Americans want to put up with the blue-bloods," Palin said in a radio interview on the Laura Ingraham Show last week. "With all due respect because I love the Bushes, the blue-bloods who want to pick and choose their winners instead of allowing competition."

Today on American Morning, Jeb Bush, former governor of Florida, responds to his mother's comments. He tells AM’s John Roberts why he loves his mom and what he thinks about Palin.

Jeb may as well not argue with her about her PALIN comments. He couldn't win. Most honest, intelligent Americans feel the same way! McCAIN created a monsterous money mongrel! She has no loyalty to her own state and its' citizens, not to speak of the country! Mama Bush was right! She has always called them like she saw them; even down to her own children, especially 'W', and her grandchildren! That's one of the great things I've always liked about her. I AGREE MAMA BUSH!

Mrs. Bush only verbalized what many people believe. Sara Palin is a celebrity, NOT presidential material. I, too, think she needs to stay in the Alaska she professes to love even though she abandoned it when she resigned from office of the Govenor to become a "glory hound."
