This app is a brilliant idea. How many people can really say what it is that makes them happy? Using this app you can track how you feel throughout the day and look back over time and start understanding those things that make you happy and how to avoid the things that don't. I discovered that checking my work emails multiple times over the weekend was contributing to a lot of anxiety and stress, probably seems obvious unless you're a high tech person who things the more 'inflows and outflows' the better.
This is also helping me understand the things that I do that actually make me feel better... with our lives so compacted and threaded with work/family/friends/interests its important to get a sense of which of these activities are making you a more complete and satisfied person!
