NATO has announced it will be taking control of the no-fly zone in Libya this weekend, leaving coalition forces in control of airstrikes on Gadhafi's ground forces.
Damon Wilson is the Executive Vice President of Atlantic Council and a former Top Aide to NATO Secretary General. Wilson talks to Christine Romans about the latest developments out of Libya.

If we had not gone into Libya we'd have another Balkans or Rwanda/Burundi humanitarian crisis. Early action there would have prevented the genocide for which the world has well- deserved collective guilt. We were asked for help in stopping the slaughter of civilians in Libya, and the President would have received criticism either way. At least in this case we actually have international support...unlike "W" in Iraq.
If Obama had gone to Congress to have them okay us doing what NATO asked, we would still be there waiting. Congress would do everything in their power to vote against him. That's what they do best!!!!!
