Mississippi River still rising and heading further South

The Mississippi River is rising higher each day and the Army Corps of Engineers are exhausting every measure to keep the flooding under control. CNN’s Christine Romans talked to Senior Vice President for Conservation Andrew Fahlund about the country’s reliance on levees, what needs to change and what the next steps should be to contain the Mississippi river.
