What responsibility did Loughner's college have in flagging his behavior?
Pima County Community College released the 255 e-mails written before Jared Loughner was suspended. Loughner was described as being disruptive and scared his fellow classmates. Could the school have done more to flag his behavior? CNN's American Morning speaks with CNN Senior Legal Analyst, Jeffrey Toobin, TWC and clinical psychologist Dr. Jeff Gardere on the school's responsibility and how they could have responded.
