One family tells their story of surviving the tornado by staying in their bathroom.

Rachael Neff and finance Zac Bronson woke up to tornado sirens, decided to huddle in their bathroom, when the storm died down, they realized the bathroom was the only room left of their house. Ali Velshi gets their dramatic story.

iReporter describes aftermath of deadly tornado

CNN iReporter Bethany Scutti talks about devastation following the tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri on Sunday night. Scutti was one of the first people to take pictures of the aftermath which she describes as a war zone.

She iReports from one of the worst hit areas, St. John's Hospital, which had to evacuate all of its patients Sunday night.

Missouri Governor calls on the National Guard

After the devastating tornado hit Joplin on Sunday, Governor Jay Nixon of Missouri talks about how he is responding to the damage. The F4 tornado destroyed numerous homes and caused many fatalities. The state is asking for help to restore the area.
