The prosecution's case in the trial of Casey Anthony is wrapping up. On Tuesday, the prosecution brought the tattoo artist responsible for tattooing "Bella Vita" on Anthony's back to the stand; Anthony got the tattoo in the days her daughter, Caylee, was missing. The witness could be the prosecution's last before the defense argues its case. Also on the stand Tuesday was Casey's mother who appeared to mouth "I love you" to her daughter.
The defense team's argument is expected to begin Thursday and to last no longer than two weeks. There is a possibility that Casey Anthony could take the stand during that time. Legal Contributor Sunny Hostin says the defense will need Anthony's testimony in order to bolster its case.
Hostin discusses the case's developments and looks ahead to the defense team's upcoming argument.
