A new study by the Boston College Center for Work and Family (BCCWF), called "The New Dad: Caring, Committed and Conflicted," has found that there is a new trend in men's attitudes towards their jobs.
Balancing work and family is becoming a major task for fathers, with the majority of men saying that work is only a small part of who they are and that they want to provide as much child care as their wives.
Brad Harrington, Executive Director for BCCWF, discusses what these findings suggest for the American family on AM this morning, explaining if he thinks that men will realistically be able to find a balance between their work and home lives.
