IMAX movie features storm chaser capturing video inside a tornado

The IMAX movie "Tornado Alley," documents Sean Casey's eight year mission to capture the perfect shot inside of a tornado.

In that eight-year period, he has done something no one else in history has done – designed and built a functional tank that allows him to physically intercept a tornado.

Casey, storm chaser and host of Discovery Channel's "Storm Chasers," joins us on AM to talk about his movie and shows Christine Romans and Ali Velshi his Tornado Intercept Vehicle (TIV).

"Tornado Alley" opened in New York City on July 1st and has been rolling out across the country to sold out theaters.
