Yes he can if the entittelment system is reform ,instead of giving an incentive to be bad ,why not help the people that are trying instead of helping the ones that just waiting on a hand out .I might as well tell my son go get someone pregnant and lets move them in and collect food stamps and let section 8 pay the rent .Both parties need to stop this i am write you are wrong ,they both are right and wrong on some subjects and get things done .America is looking more like a third world country actually worst than some of these countries .Hey tell them give me a chance i will show them how to turn this economy around in 3 months .
