
Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland signed amended court documents yesterday morning that ordered Casey Anthony to return to Orlando within 72 hours to serve one year of supervised probation for a check fraud charge that Anthony pleaded guilty to in January.
Judge Strickland has said it was always his intention for Anthony to serve a year of probation after her release from jail as a part of her sentence.
Local legal analysts were split yesterday on whether the court has the jurisdiction to order Anthony back under supervision at this point.
