NTSB Team Investigates Deadly Helicopter Accident in New York City

Federal investigators on Tuesday were on the scene of a deadly helicopter crash in New York City. A chopper containg four tourists and a pilot plunged into the east river yesterday afternoon, just seconds after takeoff. Three passangers and the pilot were able to be rescued from the water. A fourth passanger, however, was killed after reportedly being trapped in the backseat of the helicopter and was unable to escape the craft as it inverted and sank.

Ali Velshi spoke to NTSB board member Mark Rosekind to get the latest on the ongoing investigation into this deadly chopper crash.
