Quecreek mine rescuers compare to Chile miners

Joseph Sbaffoni, the director of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Mine Safety and Dr. Richard Kunkle, a retired physician who founded the Pennsylvania Special Medical response team, were two responders to the 2002 Quecreek mine incident in Pennsylvania. ON American Morning this morning, they talked to us about their experience in comparison to the Chile miner rescue, and the challenges the rescuers continue to face.
