LeBron-Wade-Bosh, power trio for Heat

Lebron James says he chose Miami because it gives him the best chance to win an NBA championship, for that, he's counting on help from fellow stars, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. Wade led the heat to an NBA title in 2006 and spoke exclusively to CNN's American Morning Friday.

Donovan delivers U.S. soccer's defining moment

FIFA says no to deafening horn ban at World Cup

(CNN) – It has been described as the sound of a swarm of "giant, angry hornets." But despite complaints from players, fans and TV networks, FIFA has decided not to ban vuvuzela horns at the World Cup. Our Richard Roth talks to fans for their reactions.

South Africa set for World Cup kickoff

(CNN) – It's the biggest sporting event in the world and the World Cup has some extra political and historical significance this year being played in a place that was once divided by racist Apartheid 20 years ago. Game one is today, between host country South Africa and Mexico and CNN's Pedro Pinto joined us on Friday's American Morning for a report from Johannesburg.
