Question of the Day: Should energy drinks be regulated?
Energy drinks are popular among kids but they could pose health risks and provide no therapeutic benefit, a report by American doctors published in the journal Pediatrics says. The large amount of caffeine in such drinks, as well as other stimulant substances, could have negative effects on growing children.

NFL contingent climbs Mount Kilimanjaro with Wounded Warriors
At nearly 20,000 feet, Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa. On American Morning this morning, former NFL star Chad Lewis and Nancy Schiliro from the Wounded Warrior Project join Christine Romans and Alina Cho to discuss their incredible climb to the top of Africa's tallest peak.
The pair climbed with a group of wounded U.S. soliders and former NFL players to raise money and awareness for wounded service members.

Tributes to Vietnam Veterans: The items left behind at the memorial
The Vietnam Veterans Memorial is one of the most visited and moving sites in Washington, D.C. Since it was built and dedicated, people have been leaving behind personal letters and mementos for fallen soldiers - items that are gathered at the end of each day and placed in a storage facility.
On American Morning this morning, Jan Scruggs, the founder and President of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and the man who conceived the idea to build the memorial, joins Christine Romans and Alina Cho from a storage facility where all these artifacts are being stored.

Mullen: U.S. and Pakistan have 'a vital relationship'
This morning, President Barack Obama is expected to name a replacement for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Michael Mullen, who is retiring at the end of the summer.
Adm. Mullen has also just returned from a trip to Pakistan, where he and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addressed the relationship that has been strained since the raid on Osama Bin Laden's compound.
Admiral Mullen joins American Morning live this morning with Christine Romans and Alina Cho to explain why this relationship with Pakistan is so important, and to share his Memorial Day message with the troops.
